Content

Explore the expanding prominence of the media in modern society and the concomitant developments in contemporary culture. Engage in a diverse range of stimulating debates through a number of relevant intellectual disciplines drawn from the humanities and social sciences. Critically explore the press, radio, television, cinema, photography, literature, music and interactive design. An inspirational introduction to the realities of the creative industries is delivered by experienced professionals in area such as electronic publishing, news journalism, public relations, media management, script writing and media research.

You are assessed on course work, essays, seminars, research projects.

Suitability/Prerequisites

For entry to Year One, you must have completed at least one year of a BA degree, GPA 3.0 or higher. For entry to Year Two, you must have at least two years of a BA degree related to the Media. Location Elephant & Castle campus, central London.
