All courses fees must be paid in full at least six weeks before the course starts.  All course fees include VAT at 17.5%.

Cancellations and withdrawals for any reasons whatsoever from a course must be received in writing.  Cancellations and withdrawals are permitted up to six weeks before the start of a course.  Students who do not attend due to illness, or professional commitments do not have the right to refunds or transfers.  No refunds will be made to students who cancel or withdraw less than six weeks before the start of the course.  The deposit of £250 is not refundable in any circumstances.

Students are required to have adequate health, accident, disability, and hospitalization insurance to cover themselves during their time at the London College of Printing.  Students recognize and expect that no part of the fee goes toward payment of such insurance and that the London College of Printing has no obligation to provide such insurance.

Students understand that should they incur legal problems while in the UK, they will attend to the matter personally with their own funds.  They accept that the London College of Printing will not provide any personal or financial assistance.

Date, schedules, and course details, given in good faith, are based on information available at the time of writing, and are subject to change and revision.

Student understand that it is their responsibility to discuss their proposed program of study with the appropriate official of the college or university they expect to attend upon their return to ensure acceptance of academic credit.

It is the student’s responsibility to discuss the coursework with their departmental adviser and to secure written approval.
