We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
In the event of tutor illness we will try to arrange a substitute lecturer to take the class. If this is not possible, we will postpone the class and all students will be contacted. The missed hours will be re-scheduled by the tutor.
Occasionally the Capital can be affected by security alerts or transport strikes that are beyond our control but can interrupt classes. Under these circumstances the missed hours will not be rescheduled or refunds be given.
You will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the course. We can provide replacement certificates up to one year after a course has been completed.
